What is required to become a JCO in the Pakistan Army by 2021
Following are the eligibility requirements for joining Pak Army as Junior Commissioned Officer in 2021:
Junior Commissioned Officer JCO (Naib Khateeb)
- Applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 28.
- 5 ft 3 inches is the minimum height requirement.
- In general, candidates already in the army should be between the ages of 22 and 35 and have served from one to sixteen years.
Sipahi (Soldier)
- 5 ft 6 inches is the minimum height requirement.
- 17 12 to 23 years of age are required.
- Graduating students and those who have a driving permit will be allowed to relax the age requirement by one year and two years, respectively.
Applicants for the Pakistani Army must have the following academic qualifications:
Junior Commissioned Officer JCO (Naib Khateeb)
- In Pakistan, you must have an FSc/FA degree from a recognized institution.
- Dars-e-Nizami from Deeni Madrassa, Attested by HEC.
- Fluent in Arabic, Hiz-e-Quaran, Qira ‘at.
Sipahi (Soldier)
- Matriculation or higher is required.
- Education and experience are required for cooks.
- For clerks, a college degree is required along with the knowledge of computers.
- Sweeper: no education is needed.
